Getting Started

We believe in complete transparency from the very beginning. Before investing your time in completing our Client Questionnaire, we’d like to familiarize you with our process, Search Agreement, and fees so you know exactly what to expect as we move forward together.

Search Fee

A one-time, non-refundable Search Fee of $500 is required to begin your customized search. This fee allows us to dedicate our team and resources to understanding your needs and conducting a comprehensive search on your behalf.

Placement Fee

Our Placement Fee is due only after you successfully hire one of our candidates.

• 20% of the candidate’s total first-year compensation for live-out positions (minimum fee of $3,500)
• 25% of the candidate’s total first-year compensation for live-in positions (minimum fee of $4,000)

There is no placement fee unless you hire one of our candidates.

Step 2: Search Agreement & Search Fee

Once we receive your questionnaire, we will send you our Search Agreement for electronic signature along with payment instructions for the $500 Search Fee.

We take the time to understand your household, lifestyle, and expectations. We then develop a customized Job Description designed specifically around your unique needs and submit it to you for approval before we begin recruiting.

Extensive Candidate Search

Our recruiting team conducts a comprehensive search, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating only the most qualified candidates who meet your specific requirements and complement your household.

Candidate Presentations & Interviews

We present only our strongest candidates and coordinate interviews around your schedule, making the process convenient, efficient and confidential.

Seamless Hiring

Once you’ve selected your candidate, we prepare the Offer of Employment Letter and guide both parties through the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition.

Comprehensive Background Screening

Before your candidate begins employment, we conduct a thorough background investigation, including:

• State and federal criminal background checks
• Social Security trace
• Motor vehicle records search
• National Sex Offender Registry search
