Since 1998, Staffing at Tiffanie’s has helped busy individuals and families find exceptional household support. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why our process is designed to be seamless and efficient.
From the initial search through onboarding and orientation, we manage the details so you can stay focused on your life, your work, and your family, knowing the process is in experienced hands.
How Our Process Works
Client Questionnaire
The Client Questionnaire is the foundation of your search. The information you provide allows us to develop a custom job description and search strategy tailored to your household or family office needs.
The questionnaire usually takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and you will have the option to save and return at any time.
Search Agreement
Once your questionnaire is completed, you will receive our Search Agreement via DocuSign so we can align on scope, expectations, and confidentiality before moving forward.
Search Fee Payment
After the Search Agreement is signed, you will receive a secure payment link for the $500 search fee to complete your search onboarding.

We manage the entire process so you do not have to.
- Custom job description and tailored search strategy
- Thoughtful sourcing and screening of qualified candidates
- Comprehensive background investigation and reference checks conducted prior to placement once a candidate is selected
- Preparation of a detailed offer of employment on your behalf
- Your review and approval before the offer is sent
- Inclusion of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
- Coordination of offer acceptance and start details
- Support throughout onboarding and the full four-month orientation period
Our Placement Commitment
Most searches are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. Once a candidate is placed, we remain involved to ensure the transition is successful.
Every placement includes a four month orientation period to ensure the role and candidate are the right fit. If the placement does not work out during this time, we will assist with identifying a replacement candidate within the same role and scope at no additional placement fee. This support is provided complimentary as part of our commitment to long term success.
Fee Overview
Our fees reflect the time, care, and experience required to deliver strong, well aligned placements.
Search Fee
A non refundable search fee of $500 allows us to begin your search and develop your custom job description.
Placement Fee
Due once an offer of employment is extended and accepted.
Live-out placements
20%of total gross annual compensation
Minimum $3,500
Live-in placements
25%of total gross annual compensation
Minimum $4,000
Short-term placements
30%of total gross compensation
Minimum $3,500
