Our clients are busy professionals located in a home that is secluded, sitting on 20+ acres of land with abundant wildlife in Morrison, Colorado. They have two children age 6 1/2 and 4 years old. The family has a nanny who plays a crucial role in their daily routines. Their home is spacious, with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and approximately 7,000 sq ft of living space across three levels. It includes formal living spaces, offices, and a bustling family environment.

The ideal candidate is expected to be independent, thoughtful, and meticulous in their work, with a strong attention to detail. They should have experience in housekeeping, including the care of luxury items, delicate possessions, and fine furniture. Discretion is paramount, and they should be respectful, assertive, and possess a sense of humor to fit seamlessly into the family’s dynamic. Comfort with large dogs is necessary, and physically fit for outdoor tasks, such as managing trash and recycling bins down the driveway, is essential.

Key Responsibilities: The Housekeeper’s primary responsibilities include house cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, changing linens, and maintaining overall tidiness and organization within the home. Additional duties may involve occasional window washing, screen vacuuming, and cleaning of outdoor furniture and cushions, along with miscellaneous exterior cleaning tasks.

Start Date and Hours: The anticipated start date for this role is October 15, 2023. The housekeeper is expected to work 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule ideally completed before 4:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits: The gross salary for this position falls within the range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year. The housekeeper will be entitled to 14 paid sick/personal days, 10 paid vacation days, and 9 paid holidays.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
