Lovely family located in lower Manhattan are seeking a Full Time Housekeeper.

The homes consists of two parents and their two children ages 13 (boy) and 9 (girl).

The home is a large Tribeca Loft, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom 4,200 square feet

The hours are 10:00am – 4 or 5:00pm; Monday – Friday (no weekends required).

The ideal candidate is experienced working for Manhattan based family, ideally for multiple years, with strong references. Reliable, excellent cleaning and organizational skills required.

Duties include:

  • General cleaning
  • Deep clean monthly
  • Laundry
  • Organizing
  • Food shopping
  • Make beds
  • Manage dry cleaning

The salary range is $30-35 per hour including $300 per month towards health and wellness stipend, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid personal/sick days. Starts August 7, 2023

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
