Full Time Household Manager Kansas City, Missouri
CLIENT OBJECTIVE:
To hire an experienced Full Time Household Manager to begin June 1, 2023.
LOCATION:
Kansas City, Missouri 64112. Their home is a lovely 6,000 sq ft colonial that is currently undergoing a renovation that will be completed this fall.
FAMILY DESCRIPTION:
Father is a busy executive and mother is a homemaker. They have three sons ages 11, 9 and 7 years old. They also have two dogs.
OTHER HOUSEHOLD STAFF:
They have a cleaning person 1x a week who deep cleans the house.
They have a housekeeper 2x a week who does laundry, bedding, and other misc household duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Trustworthy, hard working, professional, warm, energetic, organized, intuitive, good with children, sense of humor, positive, flexible, consistent and self motivated. Someone who is always trying to improve the household and find ways to make household run more smoothly.
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday (Varies) Some days 9-5. Some days 1:00-9:00 pm. Evenings possible if childcare needed.
DUTIES:
This person will be responsible for a wide variety of household duties that will be ever changing with the family and households needs. It will include light housekeeping, organizing, help with children, running errands, meal prep, travel help, and keeping track of and communicating with household vendors to schedule general maintenance.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$30.00 per hour and time and half for any hours over 40 hours; including 1 week paid vacation, paid holidays 3 paid personal/sick days and mileage reimbursement.
