We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO based in Paradise Valley, Arizona. As the right-hand person to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and dining reservations.
• Take detailed meeting notes, draft agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating the CEO’s needs and addressing them before they arise.
• Maintain a 24/7 mentality, being available to assist the CEO as needed outside of standard business hours.
• Facilitate heavy travel requirements, ensuring all arrangements are seamless and well-organized.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the CEO and the company with integrity and discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Report directly to the Director of Properties, providing regular updates on tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the CEO and the business.
• Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
