Our client located in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to work from his office setting who will play a dual role in providing high-level administrative support as well as assisting with personal tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented and proactive professional, capable of handling a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with discernment and maturity. Our client operates in a fast-paced and demanding environment where confidentiality and exceptional organizational skills are essential. He requires a proactive individual who can thrive in intense environments, safeguard confidential information, and manage complex scheduling needs with efficiency and precision.


  • Coordinate and manage personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as managing personal appointments, handling personal correspondence, and coordinating family-related responsibilities.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Strategic calendar support (looking at the entire business)
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Provide comprehensive travel summaries and schedules.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, making real-time decisions when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve challenges.


  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a proven ability to navigate obstacles and anticipate needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000+ per year, with benefits including 15 paid vacation days, 10 paid sick/personal days, and a monthly health and wellness stipend. The schedule is Monday – Friday with a flexible start and end time.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
Related work experience is required along with verifiable references. Candidates may have a broad range of experience, but it MUST pertain to the position you are applying for. We require at least 2-3 verifiable references. Letters of recommendation from previous employers are preferred.
A driver’s license is required for most positions and a motor vehicle investigation is completed prior to placement.
A criminal background investigation is completed on all candidates prior to placement.
All candidates must furnish proof of US citizenship or eligibility to work as a legal alien.
Typically, candidates must be willing to commit for at least 1 year with a family. Occasionally, temporary and summer placements are requested.
